SYNTHEX Consulting’s annual seminar retrospective: Between pedagogy and oenology

For its 2nd edition, SYNTHEX Consulting‘s annual seminar was held on June 2nd and 3rd in the heart of the Saint-Emilion vineyards, in the Bordeaux area.

A large number of our European and South American consultants, as well as Phillip THOMPSON (Kepner-Tregoe’s Vice President Global Growth, Client Services and Marketing), were on hand with the SYNTHEX Consulting team to discuss the highlights of the past year, as well as future business trends.

Based on feedback from 30 training workshops, the annual report highlighted the quality and recognition of the services delivered to our international customers, to everyone’s great satisfaction (overall satisfaction index 2022/2023 of 9.26/10).

Business growth from the start of 2023 led us to strengthen our team with the arrival of Claire FONTENILLE as Account Manager at the beginning of February.

Drawing on her experience as a project manager and her knowledge of the world of biotechnology and healthcare, she is helping us to develop our portfolio of national and international customers in these fields, and providing invaluable links between our customers and our consultants.

Innovation is at the heart of our business development plans.

As this is an essential challenge, SYNTHEX Consulting is proud to offer new services in the short and medium term.

More specifically, these services include :

  • Specific support for teams working on our customers’ highly strategic projects, in a variety of formats,
  • Project Management Communication training (available by the end of the year)
  • Complementary modules for our Project Management Workshops, covering Waterfall, Scrum and Agile methods,
  • Specific Risk Management support for large-scale projects.

To round off the day’s work, our correspondent Wayne STOTTLER (Global Manager, Product Management at Kepner-Tregoe Princeton NJ), took part in the discussions by videoconference, reaffirming Kepner-Tregoe’s strong support and confidence in SYNTHEX Consulting‘s development by emphasizing :

  • our partner’s increased involvement in the development of complementary products,
  • the importance of the partnership between our two companies, a partnership further strengthened by a shared determination to lead both companies to joint success!

The seminar continued in a convivial atmosphere with a culinary workshop given by Chef David CHAMBAUD at the Pavillon des Millésimes (Lussac), followed by a wine tasting dinner at Château La Rose Côte Rol, St Emilion Grand Cru. These were privileged moments which enabled us to consolidate the cohesion of our group, so important to us!

Needless to say, the next edition is already eagerly awaited by all!

2023 was a rich and dynamic year, and 2024 will be just as dynamic, given the projects we’re currently working on and our future development plans.
