Our Project Management workshops: Good balance between practice and theory
A review of a session in KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia.
Taking part in this session was an excellent opportunity to meet the Asian team of one of our major clients.
I was able to appreciate and measure the interaction between the participants and the trainer, as well as the importance of everyone’s involvement in working in sub-groups on concrete projects adapted to their activity.
Theory based on tried and tested cases:
Immediate application of tools and dynamic teamwork:
Using actual project as part of activities really make better understanding on how to manage project instead of using dummy project.
Presentation of each group's work:
The consultant encourages participants to express themselves and present their results.
A real involvement of the consultant:
Engagement of trainer with the participant is very good help to clear up the concern very well.
=> Training is tailored to the audience, using actual ongoing projects where the trainees are able to address and discuss current issues and concern "live".
