In a few words and pictures, here’s a review of our Year 2023.
Last February, Thierry Gigou and Nathalie Gigou met in Princeton with the Kepner-Tregoe board to strengthen our collaboration and prepare the development of joint service offerings on both the French and international markets.
At the same time, and as part of our expansion, we welcomed Claire Fontenille as Account Manager and Consultant. Her experience as a Project Manager and Quality Manager in the healthcare and biotech sectors is a major asset for SYNTHEX Consulting.
To further strengthen our team spirit, we once again brought together a number of our consultants from Europe and South America for our seminar in St Emilion. Find out more about the seminar here.
Throughout the year, we are very proud to have been able to support a large number of Project Managers and their teams on major international projects for their companies.
The methodology applied during our project management workshops is adapted to each client and its sector of activity, using real-life case-projects that are very often already underway. In this way, participants make live progress on their own projects.
What’s more, the feedback we receive from participants is explicit, confirming not only the mutual trust we share with our clients, but also the quality and effectiveness of our framework.
