This means that discrimination and harassment will not be tolerated at any time within the company, nor will disregard for the health and safety of colleagues. Respect for others is required at all times.

5. AVOID CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

We avoid placing ourselves in a conflict of interest or even the appearance of a conflict of interest. We make every effort to resolve any conflicts that may exist and disclose the potential for such conflicts before they arise.

6. ACT WITH LOYALTY

SYNTHEX Consulting recognizes that members of the company may actively participate in their personal capacity in their community and on social media. They should avoid taking positions that could embarrass the company or make it appear that SYNTHEX Consulting endorses their opinion or authorizes the information they convey.

7. ACT WITH TRANSPARENCY

We only take actions that we could discuss openly in the public square if we were required to do so. This principle is the consequence of all the above. Indeed, if all the previous rules have been respected, there is nothing that SYNTHEX Consulting and its members would be ashamed of if they had to justify or explain their actions or decisions publicly. This requires from all of us a great rigor in the decision making process, a great integrity throughout the realization and execution stages in the respect of charters, laws, regulations, standards, directives, policies or collective agreement.

8. PROFESSIONAL SECRECY

We are committed to the utmost discretion and respect for confidentiality in the context of our professional activities.

All the information we are entrusted with is subject to the strictest professional secrecy.

We will not disclose this information in any way that would identify participants and we will protect this information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, loss or theft.

It is essential for SYNTHEX Consulting to fulfill this ethical duty to maintain the bond of trust between SYNTHEX Consulting and its Partners, Consultants, Clients, or any other participants.

When we attend meetings, whether multidisciplinary or not, which concern situations, projects, persons, etc., we undertake to restrict the information we exchange to that which is strictly necessary for the professional purpose sought.

Each representative of SYNTHEX Consulting, its members and collaborators, reserves the right to break this professional secrecy whenever he/she considers that there may be an imminent danger or peril to the physical integrity of persons.
